Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. For cash payments, the booking fee may be submitted through Zelle or card payment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Appointments must be confirmed and all required forms completed at least 5 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children and pets are not permitted during appointments.
